The Charles S. Beckwith home in Pemberton Borough

The Beckwith's moved to the Borough after the 1920 Census and before the 1930 Census.

1922 - Beckwith Publishes A Survey of the Cranberry Industry of New Jersey.

Many of the photographs in the survey were taken at Whites Bog including one of the Cranberry Packing House.

The Cranberry Substation from Whitesbog to Pemberton Borough

Behind the house on 37 Elizabeth Street is a carriage house at 38 Elizabeth Street where the
Cranberry Substation setup shop in 1927.

The Pemberton Borough Cranberry Substation facility was where the Blueberry Cooperative held their first meeting in 1927. Elizabeth White was one of the directors that started this organization. Read more about the Blueberry Cooperative by Clicking Here!
